  • Specifics: one of the smallest ants in Germany, anyhow they are a little bit polymorph, very well-fortified because of their "poison-sting". Often nestling between greater ants, like Lasius or Serviformica. They use the brood of these ants for nutrition. Subterranean they infiltrate through very small passages the foreign nest. Could be grown very large, over 100.000 animals (no house-ants).
