Ants Kalytta, with owner-manager Gerhard Kalytta is operating a homepage with comercial purpose under the domain http://www.ants-kalytta.de. We offer mainly ant colonies, formicariums and equipment at our website.
Our business relations bank on loyalty and faith which was specified in §242 BGB. To protect our customers from a potential financial loss are following directives to accept:
1. Prices
All prices count at that time you make your order like they be on display on our web page.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
All offers on our website are without engagement. In case of unavailability of any product we are not bound to provide a benefit. A conclusion of a contract and so a commitment to a contract for a single benefit do negotiate a deal only after the order is confirmed in writing by the customer.
3. Shipping and Handling
Mailing expenses count which were shortly shown before conclusion of order which are callable on our website.
4. Conditions of Payment
The customer gets an invoice for the ordered products. It will be handed over with the delivery or redirected via mail. When delivered on account the invoice total must be paid latest within 14 days after receiving the invoice.
In case of delay of payment we are entitled to cancel any commitment of contract with immediate effective.
5. Guarantee and Commitment
Failings concerning the received products must be reported within 24 hours following after delivery and will be replaced by us if gross carelessness of customer can be excluded. If a replacement is not possible we reserve the right to offer alternatives or cancel the contractual relationship. In last case the customer will get a repayment of that specific procedure.
6. Responsibility and Risks
Because it can’t be eliminated, that animals can do harm to house and to any other facility, transmit diseases or cause incompatibility/allergic reactions, a delivery takes place at the customers own risk. So we don’t assume no liability for any consequential damages and losses.
